9 Quick Answers Guide
- You can add money to your wristband before the event, by creating your own personal registered cashless account online (which we would recommend), or during the event at our top-up stations using your credit/debit card or just scan the little plastic tag on the bracelet with your camera or QR code scanner.
- You can request a refund of any money remaining on your wristband by visiting this website and logging your details between 26/08/2024 11h00 and 26/09/2024 11h00.
- All our bars, food and drink stands and other services within the Belgium House will only be using our cashless system and will not accept cash as payment.
- A full account history of your wristband transactions at the event is available to view at any time, on your registered cashless online account.
- If your wristband is lost or stolen, and you have registered for your online cashless account, we can block the lost or stolen wristband, and transfer all your unspent money onto a new wristband for you. If you have not registered, then we are unable to either block the lost wristband or transfer the money that may have been on it. Please ensure you register your tickets on the cashless online account and keep your wristbands safe.
- At any of the Lotto Belgium House bars, food and drink stands and other services within the event arena, you are able to check the remaining balance on your wristband, both before and after each transaction. You can also check your balance on your phone by logging-in to your cashless account (if you have one).
- Ticketholders with a comfort day pass receive a coupon on the wristband for 1 free street food item (everything from the menu except “Julientje” and “curry sausage”).
- Ticketholders with a day pass receive a coupon on the wristband for 1 free beer, glass of wine or Chandon Gardon Spritz, soft drink, or water. Ticketholders with a comfort day pass receive a coupon on the wristband for 2 free beers, glasses of wine or Chandon Spritz, soft drinks, or water. This is not a discount for a more expensive drink.
- The refund system will automatically calculate the correct refundable balance, excluding any free offers, incentives or gifts that may have been applied during the event.

What are Cashless RFID Wristbands?
Cashless is a payment system that makes transactions inside the event faster, safer, and
easier. You can add the amount of money that you intend to spend at Lotto Belgium House
on the wristband you will be given, and you can then use it at any bar, food vendor, shop, or
service provider inside the event arena. After the event, you’ll be able to obtain a refund of
the remaining balance if you have registered an online account (before or during the event)
or by using our online refund portal if you did not pre-registered.
Where do I get my wristband?
You’ll receive your wristband when you scan your ticket at the entrance of the event.
Is my cashless wristband safe?
Yes. Your wristband is protected by a highly secure encryption that makes it impossible to copy, alter or steal the money and all the information stored on it.
Is my wristband water resistant?
Yes, sun and rain are not a problem for your wristband/card.
